Effective date: 18 April 2026
Last updated: 18 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TDTD • What To Do Today ("TDTD", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data in connection with your use of the App. We have designed TDTD to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.

1. Data controller

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (Uitvoeringswet Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming, "UAVG"), the data controller is:

TDTD is operated by Olev VOF, registered at Kinkerstraat 259B, Amsterdam, with company registration number: 98126644.

For any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at: support@mastt.app.

2. What personal data we collect

None.

We do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier in order to use the App. We do not collect, store, sell, share, or otherwise process any personal data about you.

In particular, we do not:

  • require registration or login;
  • collect your name, email, phone number, or contact details;
  • store your search history, preferences, or activity within the App;
  • track your behaviour across other apps or websites;
  • use advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs that profile you;
  • sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. About your city

The App displays activities and events relevant to your city. Depending on how the App is configured, your city may be:

  • selected manually by you, in which case your selection is stored only locally on your device and is not transmitted to us in a way that identifies you; or
  • inferred from a coarse, non-identifying signal (e.g. an approximate region) used solely to fetch the relevant city's content and not retained.

If a future version of the App requests precise location access, you will be asked for your explicit consent at that time, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, or comparable tracking technologies.

5. Third parties

To deliver its core function, the App relies on:

  • public sources on the internet, which are queried to find activities and events. These queries do not include any personal data about you.
  • a generative AI provider (currently: Gemini) used to summarise the gathered content. Only the source content (not your personal data) is sent for processing.

These third parties act as our processors or independent providers under their own terms and privacy policies. They do not receive any personal data about you from us.

The App may also link out to third-party websites (e.g. event organisers, ticketing platforms). Once you leave the App by following such a link, the third party's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for those third parties.

6. App stores and platform providers

When you download the App from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another distribution platform, that platform may collect data about the download and your use of the App in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from these platforms beyond aggregate, non-identifying statistics that the platform may make available to us about App performance.

7. Children

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data despite the above, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

Because we do not collect or store personal data about you, in practice there is no personal data on which you would need to exercise GDPR rights. Nevertheless, under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request rectification or erasure;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
  • lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, if you believe your rights have been infringed.

If you ever contact us by email, we will only use your message and email address to respond to your request and will not retain it longer than necessary for that purpose.

9. Data security

Because we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data to be lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised on our side. We nonetheless apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the App's infrastructure.

10. International transfers

Some of the third-party providers we rely on (such as the AI provider) may process data outside the European Economic Area. As we do not transmit personal data about you to these providers, no transfer of your personal data takes place. Should this ever change, we will update this Policy and put in place appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in particular if we add new features that involve any form of data processing. The updated version will be made available within the App or on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
