Effective date: 18 April 2026
Last updated: 18 April 2026

Welcome to TDTD • What To Do Today ("TDTD", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TDTD mobile and/or web application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

TDTD is operated by Olev, V.O.F, registered at Kinkerstraat 259B, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 98126644.

For any questions regarding these Terms, you can contact us at: support@mastt.app.

2. The service

TDTD is an information service that, on a daily basis, automatically searches publicly available sources on the internet to compile a selection of activities, events, and things to do in your city. The App uses generative artificial intelligence ("AI") to summarise, rephrase, and present this information in a readable format.

The App is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. AI-generated content and accuracy disclaimer

Please read this section carefully — it is essential to your use of the App.

The activities, events, descriptions, prices, locations, dates, opening hours, and other details displayed in TDTD are:

  • gathered automatically from third-party online sources we do not control;
  • summarised, rewritten, or generated using AI models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or entirely fabricated information ("hallucinations");
  • not independently verified by us before being shown to you.

While we make reasonable efforts to surface useful and accurate information, we make no representation or warranty that any content in the App is accurate, complete, current, available, lawful, or suitable for any particular purpose.

It is always your sole responsibility, before relying on any information shown in the App, to independently verify:

  • that the event, activity, or venue actually exists;
  • the correct date, time, and duration;
  • the correct location and address;
  • the price, ticketing requirements, and availability;
  • any age restrictions, accessibility, or other conditions of participation;
  • any other information that matters to your decision to attend or participate.

We strongly recommend confirming details directly with the official organiser or venue before traveling, paying, or making any commitment.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We provide the App and its content "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience — including but not limited to wasted travel, missed events, financial loss, ticket purchases, cancellations, closures, or third-party conduct — resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated information shown in the App.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct, content, safety, quality, or legality of any third-party event, organiser, venue, or website referenced in the App.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Dutch or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Dutch consumer law are not affected.

5. Third-party content and links

The App may display, link to, or reference third-party websites, services, or events. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for these third parties. Any interaction or transaction you have with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App, its infrastructure, or the data sources it relies on;
  • use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the App;
  • use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning or security;
  • attempt to bypass any technical limitations or security measures.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, design, source code, layout, and selection and arrangement of content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The underlying factual information about events is, as a rule, not owned by us. Summaries and rewritten descriptions generated within the App may be subject to our rights and/or those of the original sources. You may use the App and its content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Changes to the App and to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in the App's features, or in our practices. The updated version will be made available within the App or on our website, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including in case of breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, except where mandatory law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
